You have been provided this link in order to download the Surefire Tech Remote TECH Agent software. In order to proceed with Remote TECH services you will need a working Internet connection and the Remote TECH Agent software. Please download and run the Agent software below.

Once you have downloaded and run the software it should provide you with Internet-ID and Password numbers that we will need in order to make a remote connection to your machine. Once we connect to your machine we will have control of the keyboard and mouse. Please refrain from using the mouse or keyboard unless we ask that you input passwords or other data so that we can perform the repairs.

You may get a window like the one below explaining that the app isn't verified by Microsoft. Please click on Install Anyway. You will then get another window asking if you want to allow this program to make changes to your PC, you will click Yes.

Once downloaded you will get a Window like the one below with your unique Internet-ID and Password.
